Reiki Certification at the Northeast Holistic Center

Level 1
Learn the essence of Reiki and how it all began. In the four classes of Level 1 Reiki, you will learn what Reiki is and how you can benefit your life by exploring its healing power. It will teach you about intent, ego vs. spiritual, judgments and the state of being.

Explore all the chakras of the body, how they work and how to balance them to ensure that it can be beneficial with your mind, body, spirit and environment. Also you will learn the importance of your breath, as well as, your chi. An exploration of the history of Reiki and Dr. Usui's, the founder of Reiki, daily affirmations and how they apply to your daily life is a part of this series. Reiki techniques will be taught, such as basic Reiki hand positions, Kanji hand positions and grounding. You will also receive two attunements within the first level, followed by a written exam for the fifth class.

Level 2
In the four classes of Level 2 Reiki, you will review Level 1 Reiki, especially for those who may have taken Reiki from another teacher. Exploring Kanji hand positions in more depth and the significance of the use of symbols is an essential part of this series. The first three symbols will be covered as well as their meanings and how they are used in Reiki. Learn how to utilize the symbols for yourself and others. You will learn how to scan the body, use intuition and the healing powers of the symbols.   Learn how to assist in healing others through distance healing. Specific parts of the body and how to send healing energy to balance them is a part of experiential work. Some theories of brain wave frequencies and their meanings as it applies to Reiki will be explored. A continuation of the techniques of scanning and beaming with Reiki will be worked with. You will receive two more attunements within the second level, followed by a written exam for the fifth class.

Level 3
In the four classes of Level 3 Reiki, there will be a review Levels 1 and 2 Reiki. A continuation of the work with specific body parts and experiencing different techniques is an essential part of this series.   Discussion of the energizing effect with sounds for all chakras is explored. Learn how to set up your own Reiki protection sphere. Discover the reason for using music during sessions and how they work with the mind. You will receive two more attunements within the third level, followed by a written exam for the fifth class.

Master Level
In the nine classes of the Master Level of Reiki, you will begin by reviewing Levels 1, 2 and 3 Reiki.   The Master symbol will be unveiled and its meaning and power explained.   You will learn how to give an attunement to others, the first degree, the second degree and the third degree.   Learn how to perform long distance attunements and other long distance healing. Explore further how crystals can enhance the healing power of Reiki. Gain the knowledge of the meaning of crystals, how to use them, how to attune them and their maintenance. Receive the three attunements within the Master Level. See how to set up your own business doing something that you could utilize for a stress free life! By becoming a Reiki Master, you will be able to teach others the wonderful energy that can change someone's life and be able to certify them as a Reiki Master.
